Tower of London, Harrods, Rod's favourite pub

First on the agenda today was the Tower of London, a very gruesome past ....Anne Berlin etc....Ike had his turn doing sentry duty, and he made friends with the Yeoman warders (beefeaters). Lunch with Rod at his favourite (The Rising Sun) opposite Smithfield Markets and his publican friends Anthony and Michaela. Last for the day was a shopping trip to Harrods ... didn't spend very much money. Gem, I saw a bag that you would have loved but it was 740 pounds...sorry but we didn't buy it this time. Check out the price of the caviar, but we did buy some yummy pastries and cakes for dinner.
